Who owns the data you collect?

All data collected by Pulse is owned by Pulse For Good, L3C. Access to the data that is gathered is available via either an active feedback subscription or a data dashboard access subscription. Data collected by your organization can be exported and shared at your discretion. However the sale of that data, giving other groups access to the data via your dashboard account, or any attempts to utilize the data in anyway that is against our terms and conditions is prohibited. 

As stewards of important feedback about some of the world's most pressing issues Pulse For Good feels that it is important to maintain data ownership to help maintain the security and anonymity of the end users as well as allowing government agencies, universities and other interested groups to use the data to make more effective and informed funding decisions.
